Good to know
How big is it?
The figure is about 2.2 inches (55 mm) tall, with a small loop on top for the clasp. It weighs about as much as a couple of coins.
What is it made of?
Durable PLA plastic, printed in fine layers. It's sturdy for everyday use on keys or a bag, but it isn't a toy for pets or small children. PLA can soften in high heat, so don't leave it on a hot car dashboard.
Do you do cats and other pets?
Yes. Dogs, cats and most other pets work well as long as the photo shows their whole body clearly. If we can't get a good likeness from your photos, we'll ask for another one.
Will I see it before you print?
Yes. We email you a preview of the 3D model first. Reply with any changes, like an ear that should flop the other way, and we'll adjust it before printing.
I have more than one pet.
Each keychain is one pet. Place an order for each pet, or set the quantity if you'd like more than one of the same pet.
How long does it take?
Each charm is made to order. After you approve the preview, we print and ship it, and USPS Ground Advantage usually takes 3 to 6 business days.
What if something's wrong with it?
If your charm arrives broken, or we can't make a 3D model you're happy with, email us and we'll reprint it or refund you.
When is multi-color coming?
In a few weeks. Multi-color prints your pet's coat, eyes and nose in their own colors for $34.99.
